You can snag it here: http://traveller.mu.org/archive/General/sectors/ You can also poke around my map to see issues with xboat routes in the Empty Quarter area. No-one has published routes for Antares or Fornast, but DGP did routes for Lishun. So the Empty Quarter and GD routes can go ahead and be precedent setting in those sectors.
