Draconian Games – Decent Folk

On eBay, I purchased a copy of the MegaTraveller’s Gaming Kit at was seemed to be a good price, but it was incomplete. After talking about the matter with the vendor, Draconian Games, they accepted the return and refunded my money.

However, I should mention what I did wrong, so other occasional collectors can learn:

  • Read the small print. The listing says “product asĀ  pictured”. I assumed that the folio (which was missing) was within the screen, but it wasn’t.
  • Don’t assume that multiple part products – the MegaT Gaming Kit had two separate sections, as well as the fold-out screen – are all there. Products are sold ‘as is’: take the time to email the vendor and find out!
  • Read the return policy. Some vendors have a no return policy. Draconian Games does not accept returns unless the product isn’t as pictured: and even then, the buyer needs to pay postage.

Serious Traveller collectors know all this, of course, but perhaps these few words can help the occasional purchaser!

Draconian Games are decent folk, so they generously refunded my money – but you can’t rely on generosity. Find out before you buy!
